Individual Cage Rentals

It is one of the hardest things to do in sports.... and with most things that are hard it takes practice to help you perfect it, hitting and pitching. We have the cages for you to rent, not only that we have the technology to help you analyze and improve your swing, your motion, your release and your spin rate. Using systems like HitTrax, Rapsodo and video our cages provide you with more than just a place to hit. Learn more and reserve your time on our cages here.

Instructors

Like learning in school. at times it requires additional experienced eyes on you. Our cages and tunnels allow you to either bring your own instructor into our space or if you do not have one or just want a different set of eyes you can use one of our instructors. Our instructors range from college and club coaches with year of experience to help train you. Click here to schedule a time, all times are inclusive of your cage rental when using one of our instructors.

Camps are designed for all types of players. These camps are specifically designed for your level of play and desire. From our D1 to DIII prospects to our local youth level athlete, our camps will be designed to help develop your game based on your current skill set.

It's a bullpen in a box! Our Pitching Tunnels are visual training aids designed to improve overall pitching skills and raise confidence in young pitchers. No pitcher has too much control and all pitchers strive to have “command” of their pitches.

Pitching Tunnels will replace and enhance old fashioned “bullpen sessions” and allow pitchers to learn pitching in a hassle free, safe, controlled athletic environment.

Our pre-season training camp is designed to help prepare individual student athletes for the upcoming season. This academy is an 6 week program focused on athletes who truly want to succeed in softball. Our fast pace approach lead by Coach Claire Roll will help prepare our athletes in 4 stages of the game:
